Phil Wright – Project Manager
Phil Wright brings a strong field-to-office background in site and utility construction, with hands-on experience spanning heavy equipment operation, drilling, estimating, and project management.
He began his career with Martin Marietta, where he spent six years working in mining and utility operations, operating heavy equipment and advancing into a driller role for blasting operations. He later transitioned to National Quarry Services, continuing in construction drilling and expanding his technical expertise.
Phil moved into project management and estimating with Custom Site Development, serving as an Assistant Estimator and Assistant Project Manager. He then joined Dimmer’s Precision Grading as Project Manager and Director of Operations, where he played a key role in overseeing projects and driving operational success.
Today, Phil serves as a Project Manager at The McLaughlin Group, where he leverages his field experience and leadership background to successfully deliver site and utility construction projects from start to finish.
