Jace McLaughlin – Assistant Estimator

Jace McLaughlin is an Assistant Estimator at The McLaughlin Group, bringing both field experience and technical training to the estimating team. He completed heavy equipment operator training and is certified, giving him a strong understanding of equipment capabilities and jobsite production.

Jace began his career in the field with TMG as a laborer and later advanced to an equipment operator on the utility crew, gaining hands-on experience in site and utility construction. He now focuses on quantity takeoffs and preconstruction support, helping ensure accurate and efficient project estimates.

Jace has been with The McLaughlin Group since 2024 and is part of the company’s family leadership, working alongside his parents—Josh McLaughlin, Vice President and Estimator, and Jodie McLaughlin, President—continuing the tradition of a family-owned and operated business.
