Isaac McLaughlin

Isaac Lee McLaughlin serves as President and majority owner of The McLaughlin Group, LLC and is responsible for strategic planning, financial oversight, business development, organizational management, and long-term growth initiatives.

Isaac served honorably in the United States Marine Corps from 2004 through 2009 as a Radar Technician, where he developed extensive experience in technical systems, leadership, accountability, and mission-critical operations. Following military service, he continued his career supporting national infrastructure and defense systems as a Department of Defense Radar Technician from 2009 through 2017 before advancing to serve as an FAA Radar Automation Specialist from 2017 through 2023.

Isaac currently works in systems administration, technology management, cybersecurity, and operational oversight, providing expertise in organizational leadership, process improvement, strategic planning, and business operations. In addition to his professional technology career, he is the founder of MacLens Studio, a creative media and design company focused on music production, branding, and digital content development.

As President of The McLaughlin Group, Isaac provides executive leadership and strategic direction for the company. He oversees financial planning, business development initiatives, organizational growth, risk management, and long-term company objectives. His leadership complements the extensive construction experience of the company's estimating, operations, and field management teams, creating a balanced management structure that supports continued growth and expansion throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and future markets.

Under Isaac's leadership, The McLaughlin Group has focused on building a scalable organization through investments in personnel, equipment, operational systems, and customer relationships while maintaining a commitment to quality workmanship, integrity, and professional service.
